I’m going to try once again to make this a regular feature of the blog.  I know I’ve said it before, but sometimes life just gets in the way and endeavors such as this have to take a back seat.  But, I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback on this feature, so I’m going to try to kick it into gear once more.

Highlighted among this week’s many great pickups is this great looking Mickey Mantle Black Refractor out of Bowman Sterling that Lisu picked up.  It was a tough call deciding which card to feature on the home page, but this card has two thins going for it that couldn’t be ignored: 1) its Mickey frickin’ Mantle, and 2) the Black Sterlings are just great looking cards to begin with.

Blitzburgh added to his already impressive Steelers collection by picking up this Mendenhall Player-Worn Letter patch out of Topps Letterman, one of the handful of cards from this set that Topps actually got right:

deimos stepped outside his comfort zone of Carolina Panthers to grab this great looking Paul Hornung eTopps Classic auto:

lumm0x had himself a rare mailday, but it was worth the wait picking up this Jeff Carter 1/1 to add to his already insane Carter collection:

Poopy Pants (yes, that’s his screen name), added these two very rare Brian Calhoun’s to his collection–the LCM Mirror Emerald /5 and the Bowman Sterling Red Refractor Jersey #1/1:
