Finished scanning my Rattays. I wanted to have everything organized. I had lots of doubles of the mid-tier to lower end rookies I did not scan, as well as the base/inserts that were not rookies. My primary objective is to get every 2000 issue, so I have not started stocking up on any particular issue as of yet, and I just started getting non-rookie issues recently too, even though there are not a ton of them, there are some I will eventually pick up.
