Agreed, the problem is that under sexual harassment laws, this is clearly not acceptable behavior. I would first tell the guy thanks, but I'm not interested. If he continues the behavior, he should complain to HR.

yeah, sorry, my office is right next to our HR guy and so it wears on me a little. The walls are paper thin and I just get sick and tired of hearing people whining and moaning about every little thing. And these are the same people who call in sick every other day or have some sob story about how their kid had a nosebleed so they need to be at home for the next 12 weeks.... yada yada.
I grew up with the mentality that a job is a privilege and that you work hard and your employer rewards you by paying you a fair salary. Too many people think that the world freaking owes them something..... just do your work and shut up!!!

Okay, first off, he in no way is my supervisor or in a postion hight then me. He is in another department, so not realyl under me.

Second- I am NOT gonna hit it so there will be no cupping of balls. :rolleyes:

Third- Yeah, I could go to HR, but I am not the type to bitch and complain unless I am very uncomfortable with something. For some stupid reason I see him as harmless. I could be wrong.. but if it DID continue and I did get uncomfortable then yes, I would refer it to HR. But it is not there.. and hopefully will not get ther.
