Back in the days when I managed Circuit City's and Best Buy's, we saw this about once a month, where a customer bought something, returned it repacked with the old piece of equipment. There were some pretty good scams going on, caught quite a few of them, but yeah, to his point, that www thing on 'dem dere computers is pretty high falootin'.
