Geez do we need anymore proof of the incompetence of our leaders on all levels. The fact that they even THOUGHT to waste 7.5 million on something that freakin stupid boggles my mind.

So why don't we just make some pigs blood bombs and drop a boatload of pigs in Iraq and save some money there too. This idea is about as assinine as that one.
