Feature idea/request

Hey TCG site folks

I had an idea about something didn't know if it could be worked in or not but it would cut a few steps while surfing.

Idea -

The tool bar above with " UserCP - FAQ - Members List - . . . . . . .

Could an additional bar be added to the bottom of each threads page? That way we wouldn't have to scroll back to the top for New Posts & such. Just an idea to consider if it can be done.

btw, just an fyi, at the bottom right in the bottom menu bar, there is a 'TOP' button.
