Ps3 Suggestions

If I want, my gf will get me a ps3 for x-mas but the prob is I dont know what games to get that are exclusive etc and the fact the f'er is still 399.99 an no game is a major turnoff.

Only bundle I know of is the 80 gig with Uncharted for 499.99 and frys has that and for an extra 15.00 you can choose one game "free"...4 titles to choose from and theyre all ...15.00 titles :ban:

Well my gf gave me my ps3 yesterday along with Hellboy II on BR.

She got me asassins creed and left for dead but I already had AC for 360 and wasnt sure Id like LFD so I passed and we're going game shopping this weekend.

"fallout 3" is pretty awesome and there is a new one called "rise of the argonauts" that looks really cool. if you like the oblivion style games?

I went by a Circuit City that was closing down and I got the grand theft auto 4 special edition for ps3 and 360, along with the halo 3 legendary edition that comes with the helmet etc for 30 ea lol.

She got me a 360 not last x-mas but the one before, and I got her the Wii and I went and got her a laptop today.

I heard little big planet is neat but gets stale quick if you cant get online with it.

Yes, you need to be online with it to fully appreciate it. but I have become quite addicted to it.

are either fallout 3 or resistance 2 short ?

fallout 3 can be short if you rush through main storyline. the map is huge so there is a ton to explore and a ton of side-quests. If you complete a lot of those and explore a lot then its a really long game. it is a pretty amazing game though. you can play it twice too, as a good and as an evil character. the game is supposed to be pretty different depending on whether you play good or evil.

i only played as a good character and i did a lot of the side-quests but i only play a couple times a week at most and it took me like 2-3 months to beat it. just for an idea.

its a very good game. very well made and really fun. dont know about resistance 2 though. i just bought resistance 1 yesterday so that i can see what its like before i ever buy 2. haha. should be cheaper by the time i buy it too.

Im gonna hit the video store and see what they have in stock to play over the x-mas break.

Best Buy has a nice deal on Need for Speed: Undercover and Mightnight Club for Ps3 starting tomorrow.

midnight club dub edition on psp is awesome. i have it and i'm not good at hiding the fact that i'm playing a game because i lean from left to right, not that it helps me any because i suck at the game, but it's super fun
