what happens if you tie in bowling  ive never seen it happen, and typically you bowl 3 games in a match, do you go to a 4th game or do you do like sudden death frames?

According to bowl.com, I don't really have an answer...
Art. 6 – Ties
The awarding of points or breaking of ties will be
done in accordance with the procedures adopted
by each state athletic/activities association.
I like the conduct rules:
Section 1 – Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Defined
Art. 1 – Unsportsmanlike conduct includes
actions which are unbecoming to an
ethical, fair, or honorable individual. It
consists of acts of deceit, disrespect or
vulgarity and includes taunting.
Art. 2 – Taunting includes words or actions intended
or designed to embarrass, ridicule or
demean others under any circumstances
including on the basis of race, religion,
gender or national origin.
Art. 3 – Improper tactics in connection with the
game of bowling includes, but is not
limited to physical and verbal abuse
toward other persons.
There are also some serious foriegn objects rules.

If you are talking about league bowling, you bowl 3 games but the total score counts as a 4th point. If you won the first two by 5 and 5 and I won the third game by 11, you would get 2 points for the first two games, I would get one for the third and one for the series. If we tied (you win by 5 and 5, I win by 10) your record for the week would be 2-1-1 and mine 1-2-1. The tie would count as half a point.
In PBA Bowling on TV, they will go to sudden death. It does not happen often, I think I've seen it once.
Hope that helps.
