I have to use a box and insure it. Is that too much? The last couple times I shipped more than 20 cards it was around $18...

I didn't think I'd have to charge much either, but now that I have the 40 stacked up on top of each other they are a solid 8 inches high. The way I do it is I use a bunch of ziplock bags and put like 5-10 cards in each, pack the box with packing peanuts and then put the bags in. It gets damn heavy.

Oh well, when I ship the first one out I'll see how much it comes to and adjust accordingly.
