anyone see this over the weekend?...
heres the breakdown...
monday was the last day to qualify for the drag racing playoff thing, Cruz Pedegron was in 10th place, which is the last advancing position, Cruz lost to Ashley Force, and another Force driver (he has 4 teams) won his race, so John was set to race him the next round, and if John lost, his other driver made it into the final 10...Force turned towards the wall and smoked the tires after getting out of the gates with a .2 reaction time (usually the slow guy leaves by .1) so his other driver made it into the final 10, so all 4 Force owned cars are in the playoffs...
so after the race, Tony started running his mouth to John, and John didnt like it, they had 3 race officials between them and were yelling back and forth, then they interviewed Force and he said something about 'the sponsers pay us to get into the playoff system' all but admitting he threw the race, but NHRA officials reviewed the setup and a variety of other things, and said they cant PROVE WITHOUT A DOUBT that Force threw it...
was pretty funny stuff
