Kinda sad today....

I found out that my elementary school has closed its doors for good. They are having a closing celebration June 2nd and I was ready to go to it but my stupid, retarded, waterhaed of a coach decided to have a controlled scrimmage on June 2nd in the middle of the damn day!!!! Now I can't go.

It's funny thinking back, I remember so much about that school. Just kinda sad for me I guess. :(

i went to my elementary school about a month ago to do a special ed observation...its changed so much...they havent added on to the school, but it was K-8 when i was there, now its K-4...the old Shop is now a Music room, they have controlled access doors...but the office lady is the same one who was there when i was growing up and several of the teachers are still there...

because the school district sucks over here. I found out that my school turned into the districts alternative school before it closed. :confused:

That does suck, but it could be worse. The high school I graduated from (class of 2004) was demolished. It's sad to drive past where it used to be.

I went to 5 different Elementary Schools, so I really can't pick one, but sorry to hear about that.

Went to 2 different High Schools, and to tell you the truth, I wouldn't shed a tear if I saw either of them go bye bye.

oh yeah I could care less about my high school or middle school. I loved Valley View though!!!! :( :( :(

My kids go the new version of the old school I went to as a kid. Weird how things come full circle.
