Don't remember doing:

Upper Deck - $2.21 - 4 - ($62)
Upper Deck First Edition - $0.96 - 0 - ($27)

December has just one new product; Upper Deck Ultimate Collection. January has SP Authentic, Playoff Contenders, and Topps National Chicle. It would be nice to advance some funds this month and next so we can do a bunch of those products.



My opinion:
2x SP Sig - ($92)
1x DGG - (84)
1x Finest - (97)
1x Mayo - (87)
$360
/28 = $12.86 per slot (before shipping and fees)
Putting it at 22.50 per slot would give us an extra box of Contenders in January.

Ok i'd would say to do a 4 boxes this month but put a little extra in towards Jan. on Dec do a couple of boxes and put rest towards Jan with the thoughts of getting a case of SPA or more? If we can do a nice chuck extra each month we could get a decent amount of Jan product.

SP sig is absolutely awful judging by every box I have seen. The multi-autos are just hysterically funny - 8 no-name QBs, 3 no-name DTs.
Bust some Chrome, some more Certified(?) and then money to case of Contenders or SPA

Each case has 10 boxes, each box has 2 packs, each pack has 2 cards.

Regardless. That stuff is not worth it.

Not going for it. But i would say A box or 2 of Gridiron Gear . Also a box of Limited poss. Then put 10to 15 into Jan. ?

It has worked before but it does cause an issue if anyone joins for just the months of Jan. I do not mind if it means we are breaking more great products in Jan like SPA or Contenders

For the people that may be strapped for cash after the holidays, it makes sense. If anybody joins just for january, they get left out of boxes, or they pay the additional funds we already paid.

I agree Also putting in some extra money for Jan. really will make it a better break then more product of the boxes we want Like SPA . Also we could really make out with a nice case of something.

A case of SPA is $1145. At 28 members right now, that is $51.60 without shipping. 36 hits in the case, so if everything is even you will get 1.29 hits for your slot. I would hate for someone to spend $50 and get zero hits, that is the risk you take with high end products. If this is what everyone wants we can do it, but just warning everyone.

$50+ is a little much

I do not think I can do 50 a month. That would be $100 for me and chelo together and I have to buy Christmas gifts for her and my 3 sons as well as pay my tuition at college and buy my books for class that start in Jan.

Completely understandable. Is it therefore worth having a "normal" group buy this month followed by one where those who wish can do SPA case in Jan?? There are a few who have offered to pick up spots as needed in Jan. That way everyone gets some action ??

I do not know. SPA is the biggest break of the season so We would have to keep at Least Chelo in the buy for that so she would have a chance at a Crabtree. I will try and do whatever I can in the group maybe I could make payments during the off season? Not sure if that would be alright with everyone but I have always paid up in the past. I would be able to catch everything up by Feb easy.

I must have been really tired when I calculated that figure before. But $1145/28 is $40.89. If the other 4 teams are picked up, it would bring it down to $35.78, plus a few for shipping and supplies... I think that is a lot more manageable.

Release date is Jan 5, 43 days away. I know people have other expenses and it is holiday time. So how about we just do this as our next break and give until the end of December to pay? Since this is a little more than the $25 group we try to keep it to.
