I have a Brad Eldred Bowman Sterling Black Ref Auto/Jsy
I think it could get a 9.5. It seems that I have seen cards that I thought were incased that had 9.5 on them...is this possible?

that would be a huge case if they graded the card still encapsulated. Methinks you have to open it up.

open it and send it in, although they MIGHT open those since all it is is a sticker... call and ask!

you can send it in and tell them not to slab it or bust it out if it isnt a 9.5, thats what the guys do with etopps

I did not know that. Might do that with my Tatupu X-Fractor.
