A federal judge ruled it unconstitutional yesterday. Hoping the appeals court does too.

gay marriage ban in California proposition was overturned by a Federal Judge yesterday.

prop 8 was shut down saying gays couldnt get married, so now, a judge said you cant do that, so its walking a fine line for gays to get married or not...

if illegal immigrants have the right to go to public schools for free and get medical care for free, citizens should get to marry whatever they want...

I am glad it was overturned it is unconstitutional to have citizens vote on another citizens civil liberties.

The bible says a lot of things that are not true. It should not be used as a guide in any legislative or political instance.
