ok, Illinois Treasurer went to the lady who didnt run any TV ads in the Chicago market...not sure if she ran them elsewhere, but the guy who didnt win ran TONS of commercials...

she wasnt nearly as smooth of a talker as the guy that lost...she was the #2 to the former Treasurer who lost his bid for senate

and we still dont know who the Governor will be

Glad to see Ron Johnson elected to senate. I supported Feingold six years ago, but his recent record made me jump.
Encouraged to see a republican governor. Not expecting anything close to Tommy, but Doyle was as corrupt as Blago.

The race for Gov of CT is coming down to the wire. The numbers have gone back and forth throughout the day but the Malloy (Dem) is projected to be the winner even though Foley (GOP) is up by 6000+ votes with 713 out of 751 precincts in.

Odd they are projecting a winner when this is so close. Fox News projected Malloy the winner last night 30 minutes after the polls closed when it was Foley 52% and Malloy 46%. Weird.

Fl people are stupid . We put in a guy at Gov. that has no experience and our Senator is going to screw us as well.

Politics as usual. Do you want punched in the left or the right testicle? I was disappointed to see the only guy that voted against the Patriot Act (Feingold) get voted out. But they all pretty much suck and the rest of the world is still laughing at us.

Sad to see Oberstar go. 36 years of experience is something incredibly tough to replace. Fuck Minnesota.

Not sure where you get your info, but Rutherford beat Robin Kelly:

Republicans pretty much swept SC, as expected.

Sadly, this is the end of hearing about Alvin Greene (Democrat nominee for Senate). If you do not know who he is, google him. It is some good stuff and the only way I assume he had as many votes as he did was straight ticket voting.

The rest of the world may be laughing at us, but I'll continue to laugh at them because I live in the greatest country in the world.
