I'm not so sure you can say that he'll win his appeal until you know the facts. It is very possible that these incidents were not brought to court until recently, which often happens with athletes.

Well, the article doesn't say anything about that. We'll see how it goes.

I just thought it a bit cheezy to suspend a player for something that happened 2-3 years ago.
