For those considering a PS3, I'd recommend getting the 60 gig now before they are no longer available. The 60 gig model includes full PS2 hardware built-in, thereby providing an extremely high level of compatibility with PS2 games. The newer 80 gig model does not, and provides PS3 compability via software emulation, similar to the Xbox 360 for original Xbox games (i.e., not good).
