call ahead, find out if they are on time; make sure you don't need to fill anything out first. Make them know your time is valuable and don't let them punk you like that.

Thats why I don't go to the doctors anymore. I rarely go anyway but the last two times I went I had similar outcomes:

Two times ago I had a 103.4 fever and was shaking uncontrollably. I was rushed to the ER because the fever happened in about an hour. I sat in the ER waiting room for 90 minutes shaking and positive I was going to die.

Last time I had strep throat really bad. I was having minor trouble breathing and I could not even swallow. I waited for 2 hours spitting into a cup.:mad:

I wouldn't worry the media and the government are after us at present. Politicians can't cope with the fact that we get 80% excellent/very good ratings nationally compared to their 40 %:rolleyes: Apparently we're lazy, incompetent overpaid so-and-so's. But hey I have my gloved finger ready for them:D

I was about to say never tell the doctor you have to pee all the time. I found that out the hard way. :(
