Trade....how did I do?

Traded off Brees and Harrison for Carson Palmer and Vincent Jackson......Palmer is playing Seattle and Jackson is the #1 WR in SD against the Packers.

Yeah.....I think so too.....it's just a matter of time before SD gets their passing game going.....and Palmer......if he keeps this up, I think he may grab the Passing Title this year......he's got Ocho, Houshyo'mama, and Chris Henry (coming off of suspension soon, I think).....so I think I did pretty well....I'm 0-2 right now......but hoping my luck will change.....after all, I did pick last in a 14 man league:ban:

i dont get the rush on jackson but brees hasnt been good, if you think he will continue playing poorly its a good deal, i don think i would have made it though
theres no way palmer will continue what he did on sunday, it was just one game of two and the other was just ok, but hes still a very solid player

I really doubt Palmer will duplicate what he did last sunday.....but he's gonna have a better season then Brees will just do to the fact that his recieving core is way better the NO's.......I feel some Saints comin' to hate on me......but it's the truth.....I'd take Ocho and TJ over Colston and Henderson any day of the week....especially on Sunday;)

Palmer is off to a 7 TD lead so keep that in mind at season's end if you try and compare the two. Harrison will have a better year than VJ guaranteed. I don't think you necessarily got the worst of the deal but I don't see you getting the best of it either. Could end up being an inconsequential trade really.

Yeah I see that....but I do alot of waiver moves during the season according to matchups because I always get shafted with draft position......so who would you rather have this week:

Palmer (with Ocho and TJ) vs. a team that lost to the Cardinals

Brees (with Colston and Henderson) vs. a team that barely lost to a team that blew out the Saints the week prior......

If the Titans can Peyton.....they definately can hold Brees.

I'm surprised the other team would make that trade. He must be hurting at WR. I think it's a great trade for you because Palmer should be a top 3 QB and Brees may struggle this year. I just wouldn't count on too much from VJ, though. I like him, he's their #3 receiver behind Gates and LT. So far this year, they've thrown to Gates 20 times, LT 17, and VJ 11.

This is exactly why I made the trade.......but look where they throw to VJ at......the past 2 weeks they have tried to hit him in the Endzone......Philip Rivers is gonna get it rollin'......everyone is worried about LT.....then you go to the air and hit Jackson......it hurt losing Harrison....but it hurts even more when your #2 draft pick gets you negative points.
