You need a license to marry, to drive a car, and even to own a pet, but any biscuit can procreate and bring kids into messed up lives all they want.

Always said you should have to get a license to be a parent and that might help omit generations of stupid from continuing. :pop:

pretty much...i wish there was a class you had to take before you could bring kids into the world...
