We have opened a case with the hosting company and they are looking into this. They asked us to have each person try to ping www.thecollectorsgroup.com from the computer that is having the problem. The members who responded said that they were unable to ping our site from their machine, which is a problem with the DNS that they are using and not a site issue. The browser is not even getting to the server where the site is. It basically cannot resolve the name to the IP address of the server and that is causing the issues.
Please be patient while we work through this with the hosting company. Hopefully they will find a resolution soon.
